10% plus fine solids in Fines Master effluent pre-treatment resulting in overloaded ponds and dirty aggregate.

After treatment with the chemical process, clear water can be seen separate from fine solids at the discharge pipe.  A small concrete basin has been constructed to collect fine solids for future sale.  Water returns to primary storage for immediate re-use in washplant.  A complete gravity operation after the introduction of chemical.

Cleaning the basin is a snap with a front end loader. This is not your typical day old pond mud.
